Dear Musicians, Entertainers and Cruising Passengers

Only last week after establishing contact with Paul Outen on email, seeking his advice on a new website I am planning, picking Paul's professional IT skills using Dreamweaver s/w, I released a couple of photographs of Paul's famous 'CHECKMATE' band which attracted good comments from friends who cruised with us on P&O's Canberra and Oriana, and as such has triggered the idea of putting together photos, videos and interesting cruising stories of all Entertainers and passengers released on this blogspot titled:-

It will be wonderful to re-establish contact with all the Musicians, Entertainers and Friendly Passengers after all these years and look forward to the Canberra Reunion - see details from organiser Jill Barrows.

Hi folks - attached is the information for the upcoming Canberra reunion on 18th August this year in Bournemouth.
If you wish to attend, please complete the form and return to me, along with sending the money for the event to Carly at JML Events too.
Maximum capacity at the venue is around 250 people and registration to attend the event will end on 1st August.
If you wish to stay at the Heathlands Hotel, please let me know as I need to send you a booking form to complete to get the special rate.
The price will include music/disco, a buffet and some drinks.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

I now have the registration form ready to send out so you can register for the reunion. I will add photographs and videos from my personal collection and look forward to you all sending in your pics which I will be delighted to add to this blogspot.

As a start I attach some pics picked at random and have hundreds more. So good friends here is a start.
P.S. My first lot of photos are from prints as at the time I did not have a digital camera. I have over the past few years archived many more photos which will be released in due course covering bands like Cool Blue and other entertainers.
